Webroot Threat Blog
Webroot Threat Blog site design and implementation for Webroot Software, Boulder Colorado. This Blog is actually a WordPress.com hosted blog, as opposed to hosting the blog themselves, which called for creative solutions to get the Blog design and functionality setup as needed. The greatest challenge was not being able to edit and work with the WordPress HTML template files to control the layout and look and feel of this site.
After initial rounds of design comps and feedback cycles with Webroot, the design was finalized, and using only uploaded images in combination with CSS and built in WordPress widget functionality, the site was implemented and launched in late-March, 2009.
The Webroot Threat Blog receives a significant amount of web traffic, and continues to be a an invaluable resource for Spyware, Malware, online threats, and overall computer/PC security.
